Founder Anna has been a chef for over 20 years, working in all kinds of establishments and cooking a wide variety of foods. Owning a pub for 16 years and always having vegan dishes on the menu, her experience and passion has always fuelled her search for fine, nutritious food.
After a eureka moment, Anna decided that it was time to teach omnivores that vegan food can be just as exciting and wholesome as their regular diet.
