AddressOur room was a good size as was the bed! The bathroom had a bath and separate shower which was brilliant. The staff were all so helpful and very knowledgeable. Breakfast was excellent and the grounds are very well kept. As our daughters wedding was in Hensol Castle a courtesy bus was provided for travel between the two properties which was very useful. Could not thank Laura enough for all the help she gave us in planning the wedding. Would definitely recommend the hotel.
This hotel and Spa is absolutely beautiful. It's one of my favourite hotels and spas to visit ! I came here with my friends and had afternoon tea with a glass of prosecco ! Had a lovely back massage and facial .... it was bliss . The relaxation room is AMAZING. So peaceful and quiet. Will be returning again soon!
We celebrated our first wedding anniversary at this hotel. The receptionist was really friendly and made us very welcome. Our room had a beautiful view and we had a lovely balcony to sit out on. We used the swimming pool and jacuzzi before dining in the bar. Food was great and reasonably priced. Breakfast was included. We couldn't have wished for better. We'll certainly be staying at the Vale Resort again.
