About

Gavin founded the TruFoo Juice Bar Company back in 2014, after a decision to stop working aimlessly and instead pursue something he was passionate about: creating delicious smoothies.

Since then TruFoo has grown into a successful and delicious business, providing juices and drinks for a range of corporate and private events. Their impressive list of clients includes Microsoft, Nike and Shazam.

They love to do things simply and honestly. They appreciate that something has to look good as well as taste good, and that with every sip their drinks should improve your sense of wellbeing. If you're looking for a juicy alternative at your reception, then TruFoo are the ones for you!

The Drinks

Every drop of their juices and smoothies are made 100% raw and free from any preservatives or additives. They source their fruit and veg locally where possible, and make every drink on the day itself to keep things fresh. For your wedding, they offer a range of five drinks and you can choose between three menus:

Smoothies

(made from Coconut Water and ice)

Tropical: watermelon, mango and pineapple
Red-burst: watermelon and strawberry
Bana-berry: strawberry and banana
Avo-green: avocado, spinach, mango and pineapple

Juices

Green #1: apple, cucumber, spinach, ginger and lime
Orange: orange, carrot, lemon and ginger
Red: apple, beetroot, carrot and lemon
Pink #1: watermelon and pineapple
Pink #2: watermelon and grapefruit

Super Smoothies

The Power-Protein: peanut butter, soy/hemp protein, almond milk, honey
The Antioxidant: blueberry, strawberry, beetroot water, goji berry, coconut water
The Greek #1: strawberry, banana, authentic Greek yoghurt, almond milk, honey
The Greek #2: blueberry, raspberry, authentic Greek yoghurt, almond milk, honey

Rum Delight: blood orange, founders fizz, honey, dark rum
Green Godess: apple, cucumber, spinach, ginger, lime, gin/vodka
Watermelon Punch:Watermelon, pineapple, tequila
Orangina: orange, carrot, lemon, ginger, orange liqueur

Boozy Smoothies

These delicious smoothies are coming soon to Trufoo customers, a blend of natural fruit with an alcoholic buzz.

The Service

They use a mix of centrifugal juicers, cold-pressed juicers and blenders to create your colourful range of drinks. All their cups are low carbon, and made from renewable or recycled materials and can be recycled.

At each wedding they will provide:

• A fully functional juice bar (6, 10 or 12ft long), juicers and blenders, equipment for preparation.
• Serving staff who can answer any questions on health benefits, and recipe cards for your guests to take away.
• A range of five juices and smoothies from their three menus.
• A custom branding service, where you can customise cups or bottles with the name of you and your spouse.
