The Food
In addition to the traditional three course meals and evening buffets detailed below, Total Hospitality can also provide more contemporary catering options such as cheese towers, traditional Sunday roast, bowl food and finger buffet, spit roast or afternoon tea. All of the fresh ingredients used in each Total Hospitality dish has been sourced from their local suppliers, all of whom have been chosen for their high quality produce.
Three Course Meals
There are a range of menus for you to pick and choose from, or you can contact Total Hospitality directly to discuss creating a bespoke menu for your wedding breakfast.
Some of the delicious dishes that Total Hospitality can produce include smoked salmon parfait for starters, classic beef wellington with creamy horseradish mash and a gorgeous red wine jus, followed by a dark chocolate and salted caramel torte.
Canapés
Choose from a mouth-watering selection of canapés and appetisers, including seared scallops with a pea and mint puree, caramelised red onion and feta tarts and miniature shortbread biscuit topped with strawberry fool.
Hot or Cold Fork Buffet
Serve your guests a wide range of meals and nibbles in the traditional buffet style, or ask that Total Hospitality serve your food in their 'family sharing style', where large plates filled with the delicious wares are brought straight to your tables.
The hot buffet can include luxury fish pie, Mediterranean cassoulet or traditional Lancashire hot-pot, just a few of the options from their hot fork menu.
Cold fork can consist of a selection from their three cold menus, for example an assortment of deep-filled homemade quiches, or a Greek platter of falafel, houmous, mixed olives and feta.
BBQ
Served with a range of delicious salads and sauces, Total Hospitality's BBQ menu is sure to go down a hit with all of your guests. Choose from three different menus, or mix-and-match items such as prime beef burgers, BBQ king prawn skewers and Mediterranean vegetable and haloumi kebabs.
