  Our wedding at The Swan was everything we hoped for. The location was perfect, the food was excellent and the staff were all amazing. We had an incredibly fun and relaxed day and a lot of that was down to Charlotte and the staff at The Swan.
  Charlotte was always calm, efficient and very friendly and dealing with her was a pleasure. The staff dealt with setting up all of our decorations on the day and taking them down afterwards, which took away that potential element of stress.
  The food was absolutely fantastic. We had been very impressed by the food quality at the menu tasting (and we had loved the personalised menus we received during the tasting, which was a lovely touch) and were delighted when that quality was maintained during the wedding breakfast when the food was produced on a much larger scale. It was a real credit to the chefs and kitchen team at the hotel and many of our guests commented on how lovely the food had been. We also loved the duck race, as did our guests, and that added a lovely element of fun to our reception.
  The service we received from the Swan, both during the wedding planning and on the day itself, was impeccable and we are very grateful to all of the staff at the Swan in that regard, but to Charlotte in particular.
  Thank you to Charlotte and to all of the staff at The Swan for enabling us to have such a fantastic day.

  We are so pleased that we booked our wedding at The Swan. All of the staff were amazing on the day and it went perfectly. The wedding coordinator answered any queries in a timely manner and helped to ensure our day was planned ahead of time. The catering was lovely and they accommodated allergies brilliantly. We would highly recommend The Swan to anyone.

  We are delighted we chose The Swan Hotel for our wedding. The planning process from start to finish was very organised and thorough. A huge thank you to Charlotte and the team who made sure everything went exactly to plan on the day.   We couldn’t be happier to have chosen The Swan for our wedding. The whole experience was a dream. We were incredibly well looked after by both Molly and Charlotte in their events team and they were receptive and amenable to all our needs throughout the planning process. The day itself was a dream. The venue was presented immaculately, every detail taken care of and our guests noticed. The food was fabulous throughout the day and just choosing our choices was a challenge. Whilst not the cheapest venue considering the numbers we had, every penny was worth it. Thank you to all the fabulous staff at the hotel who made our day one to remember!

  Belated thank you on behalf of my wife and I, we would like to say a huge thank you for all of your help and efforts in putting together our wedding day itself. Sorry for the delay in sending this, we had a lovely honeymoon travelling around South East Asia, New Zealand and Australia. Every time we visited The Swan we were always really impressed with the attitude of the staff, the quality of the venue and the food was lovely. We had lots of feedback from our guests saying how grand the venue was. Thank you Charlotte for spending so much of your time and effort in making us feel so special.

  Thank you seems such a little thing to say, for giving us such a memorable day, so a poem I created especially for you, expressing appreciation for all that you do, 2014 Steve asked me to be his wife, to have and to hold for the rest of our life, finding a venue was the first job to be done, after visiting The Swan we knew it was the one, everything about it was meant to be, even the chance to have a garden ceremony, Charlotte the wedding planner is second to none, a definite heroine unsung, she takes everything in her stride, handling it with kindness and pride, her and her team are first rate, attention to detail totally great, so thank you again to an awesome team, for helping us achieve our wedding dream!

  We wanted to write to say thank you to you and all your colleagues for all of your hard work on and before August 6th. We were blessed with a wonderful day weather wise, and every part of the ceremony ran smoothly. The Swan is a delightful setting made all the better by the fact that nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Thank you again for helping to create a truly memorable day for our family and friends.
