This medieval building is surrounded in Rochford's rich history. The Old House's name stems from its reputation as one of England's oldest buildings. The venue dates all the way back to 1270 and its main hall was built more than 700 years ago.
Its large and intricate frames indicate the height of medieval luxury. The Old Hall was the first part to be built, with extensions coming at later dates which are known as the bridal suite and reception room.
