Civil Marriage Ceremony

Exchange your vows in a truly special setting at one of our two licensed ceremony areas: the enchanting Horseshoes Barn or the picturesque Gazebo on the Lake. Both venues offer a beautiful backdrop for your wedding ceremony and can accommodate up to 110 guests. The hire fee includes the use of the chosen ceremony area, and Kent County Council charges a separate fee to cover the cost of producing and managing the ceremony, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Horseshoes Barn

The barn's warm and inviting interior, adorned with ancient oak timbers, exudes a timeless elegance that perfectly complements any wedding theme. With a capacity to accommodate 70 seated guests for your wedding meal and up to 110 guests for your evening celebration, the barn provides ample space for your special occasion. The open and versatile layout allows you to personalise the space to match your unique style and create a truly unforgettable wedding experience.

Marquee

At The House Meadows they prioritise providing you with ample choices and flexibility to create the wedding of your dreams. Their expansive meadow provides a picturesque backdrop for a variety of wedding styles, from rustic tipis and garden party marquees to show-stopping circus tents. They're here to guide you through the logistics and connect you with a curated selection of talented and reliable suppliers. The meadow is available for wedding events from May to September and can accommodate up to 150 guests.

Accommodation

They offer a luxurious glamping experience nearby, and The House Meadow can also provide recommendations for cosy bed and breakfasts in the surrounding area.
