About

The Grand Brighton was designed by talented architect John Whichcord Jr and was built in 1864 for members of the upper classes who were visiting the city. This luxury Victorian building was highly regarded and was hired for many important events. The hotel has been lovingly restored with many Victorian features still present.

Catering

The Grand Brighton offer a delectable selection of high quality dishes, carefully constructed by the hotel's talented chefs. The team use fresh, locally-sourced ingredients to create an array of dishes suiting all tastes.

The Grand present the opportunity to meet the chefs in person to design your exclusive menu, ensuring all your specifications are met. Mouth watering sample menus are also provided, featuring an abundance of dishes to choose from to cater to every taste palate.

You may also bring in your chosen outside suppliers subject to the hotel's approval.

Many of the rooms offer exceptional sea views and range from classic singles to luxury suites. The King Suite is a perfect option for your bridal suite, set over two floors with remarkable sea views.

The team also offer a bridal makeup package so you can relax and prepare all in one place without the hassle of reaching out to many different suppliers. The artist uses all vegan friendly brands including E.L.F.
