The Grand Hall Suite can set up to 300 guests, and for an intimate celebration, the Carruther’s Suite can set up 35 guests.

Indian and Asian Weddings

The Coal Exchange is one of the only wedding venues in South Wales that can cater for a larger celebration. Room hire is as follows;

£3,500 Sunday – Thursday
£5,000 Friday - Saturday

To include; a hotel manager and chef on site for the day. Hire until 12am (1am extension for £250). Tables. Use of the bar area. Use of the banqueting kitchen. Two security of staff up to 100 guests.

Accommodation

Once your special day is confirmed, the team reserves up to 20 rooms* for the night of your wedding at a special wedding bed and breakfast rate. The rooms can accommodate from 1 to 6 guests across two floors, with easy access via stairs or lift.
