About

Founded in 2013 by Adam and Lizzy, Amalfi White is currently a two AA Rosette restaurant and events venue found in the market town of Melbourne, Derbyshire. Built in 1896, this Victorian building was previously home to the Melbourne Liberal Club.

Throughout the 19th century the building was used as an events venue and through serious renovation the owners have restored it to its former glory. Exposing original features including a barrel-vaulted ceiling in The Ballroom. This space is where events take place and is found on the first floor along with a private bar called the 'White Bar' to cater for a variety of occasions.

The Ballroom

Boasting eight large chandeliers hung from an 1890s barrel-vaulted white ceiling, this space oozes romance. Perfect for both your ceremony and reception, it gives couples the scope for both intimate gatherings and lavish celebrations.

The White Bar

This space is ideal for your intimate civil ceremony featuring soft, antique furnishings and wing back chairs. With ethereal light flooding in from the large windows this space is perfect for romantic photographs with your partner.

The Gardens

In the summer months the beautifully manicured rose garden is the perfect accompaniment to your reception, with rattan sofas and dining tables with umbrellas. Ideal for your drink's reception and wedding photographs.

Whether you are hoping for a three-course formal meal or a casual summer barbecue the team can provide delicious dishes.

The Amalfi offers a classic wedding menu, prestige menu, garden barbecue, a sharing feast for your wedding breakfast as well as classy canapés and an evening buffet. Your personal tastes are catered for and any dietary requirements can be discussed with your wedding coordinator.
