Stinky Vintage is a family run mobile catering business who serve up their delicious dishes from their brightly coloured, newly refurbished 1964 caravan, Betsy. They are based in Devon but are also happy to cover Somerset, Cornwall and the surrounding areas. Choose from a selection of sweet and savoury cheese dishes which can be served throughout the evening of your wedding- this will provide an alternative menu for your reception and create delightful dishes for your guests to enjoy.

All of their cheesy delights and wonderful chutneys are home baked using only the finest local ingredients. They are also open to new ideas and often add dishes to the menu to keep it fresh and updated.

The Food

They can create bespoke wedding packages to produce your perfect cheesy reception menu. Choose from the following:

• Canapés examples include: cream cheese, Halloumi wrapped in parma ham, classic cheese and pineapple, Pesto marinated mozzarella, tomato and basil skewers
• Finger food examples include: Asparagus and brie bundle, Cheese straws with a pesto dip, Naan, spinach and halloumi bites and a delightful savoury cream tea.
• Crostini (baked sourdough) examples include: Honey glazed fig and goats cheese, Blue cheese & pear chutney and Goats cheese, beetroot and rocket
• Blinis (mini pancakes) examples include: Cream cheese and prawn, Salmon, cream cheese & chive and Blue cheese cream, walnut and grape.
• Cheese toasties - one of the most popular dishes- the toasties can come with lots of different fillings including some of the following: meaty, spicy, stinky and plain. You can also create your very own toastie- this of course will be unique to you!
• Sweet treats - banoffee Bun: Banana, mascarpone, crumbled digestives & toffee sauce, figgy Pudding sweet Cheesus (mascarpone & a melted chocolate bar of your choice - mars, snickers, or Cadbury's caramel).

Other cheese delights on offer include: warm cheese straws, mac cheese muffins, pigs in duvets, parmesan shortbreads, cheese palmiers to name a few!
