Licensed for both traditional weddings and civil partnerships, Priory Hall offers you the opportunity to design the day you want, offering you all the advice you might need.

History

An architectural delight, Priory Hall sits in the historic town of Hadleigh, on the border of Constable country and oozes historic charm.

This ancient Tudor hall is a prime spot for guests travelling from and around East Anglia. This wedding venue is also perfect for brides and grooms who have a love for history.

The surrounding area also hosts an eclectic combination of quaint bed and breakfasts and thatched houses for visitors to stay before and after the wedding day.

It's beautiful Tudor façade adorned with wisteria offers a picturesque setting for your wedding photographs.

A dedicated on-site coordinator is on hand to answer any questions, help you plan your big day and ensure the smooth running of the celebrations.

Facilities

Outside you can enjoy the extensive grounds with lawns, lake, knot garden and orchards. The spaces are great for photos or simply relaxing with a glass of bubbles in hand!

Marquee

Enjoy lake-side views from the spacious marquee, all the infrastructure is there, you just add your personal touch.

Tudor Hall

With high ceilings and decorative wooden panelling, the Tudor Hall offers a grand space in which to host your ideal ceremony.

Then, when you've had your meal and the formalities are over, you can let your hair down and party in the hall and adjacent walled terrace garden.

Civil Ceremony Capacity - 120 guests

Priory Hall also pride themselves on having a designated 'Quiet Room' this is a great space for guests who need some time away from the celebrations, such as children and old souls, giving them a moment of tranquillity to soak up the atmosphere and rest.

Catering

Whether you're after a hog roast, lavish buffet or multi-course meal, Priory Hall will cater to your needs. Having accommodated many interpretations of a special dining experience, they are happy to recommend a list of suppliers and you don't pay corkage on any drink you bring in for the afternoon reception and wedding breakfast.

Accommodation

At Priory Hall, accommodation information is available upon request. There are no rooms on site, but you can find great places to stay within walking distance of the venue. Yet, they do offer overnight parking for wedding guests.

You will have exclusive use of the day and for the following day until 12pm, so you can return and collect anything that you need.
