About

It’s almost 17 years since Josh and Holly opened the highly acclaimed Pony & Trap. Since then the venue has undergone an extensive refurbishment and reinvention of the beloved restaurant. After being closed for the best part of 3 years, now they return as The Pony Chew Valley.
