The Cyder Barn
Discover the enchanting Cyder Barn, a historic wedding space dating back to 1446. Its magnificent oak cruck trusses and original cider press exude charm and character. Adjacent to it is the contemporary pole barn, offering dining space for up to 120 guests and featuring underfloor heating and a large wood-burning stove. For intimate celebrations, the Cyder Barn can seat up to 40 people. As the oldest licensed wedding barn in the Cotswolds, it accommodates 50 guests for a wedding breakfast and transforms into a bar and dancehall for larger weddings. Enjoy access to the manor gardens for drinks receptions, games, and photographs, making it a captivating rustic venue for year-round weddings and private events.
The Pole Barn
The contemporary Pole Barn offers a versatile space tailored to accommodate 40-120 guests, depending on the desired layout. Featuring a spacious interior with a grand open fire and underfloor heating, it is the perfect venue for celebrations throughout the year, regardless of the weather. Constructed from carefully chosen larch trees sourced from the Owlpen estate, the barn's exterior seamlessly blends traditional Cotswold stone with modern polycarbonate materials, allowing ample natural light to fill the structure.
The Manor Gardens
With picturesque parterres and terraces, the gardens provide a timeless backdrop for a drink's reception accommodating up to 200 guests, while offering countless breath-taking photo opportunities. Marquee weddings are also available, offering panoramic views of the Manor House, woodlands, and fields. The marquee can comfortably seat 180 guests and provides a fully equipped bar, lavatory facilities, and ample parking. Owlpen Manor is licensed for civil ceremonies, accommodating up to 50 guests in the Great Hall, 100 guests in the Cyder Barn, and 150 guests in the historic gardens.
Church of the Holy Cross
Overlooking the manor house, the Church of the Holy Cross stands majestically, accessible through the lych gate in the enchanting Manor Garden. This captivating church offers an exquisite setting for wedding services and blessings. Step inside to discover a richly adorned interior featuring mosaics, tiles, ceilings, and stained glass dating back to around 1885.
