Lucy discovered her love of exercise whilst still at school, where she regularly used to compete in athletics meetings at county and club levels. After working in the property industry for many years (meanwhile trekking and running half-marathons during her spare time), Lucy eventually decided to follow her passion and start up her very own business with the avowed aim of making a positive difference to other people's lives.
Delivered with a friendly and positive approach, Lucy offers everything from boxing to medicine-ball work, and has achieved Advanced Personal Training Diploma level 3, Gym Instruction levels 2 and 3, Nutrition and Weight Management qualifications, and a certificate in kettle bells, spinning, pad training and more besides!
Lucy understands only too well that one of the main reasons why many people may feel unmotivated to exercise is their busy lifestyle, so her flexible training sessions can be timetabled to work around your schedule, and can take place by arrangement anytime from 6.30am to 9pm, Monday to Saturday.
