Jo and her mom and Jan are worth a lot more stars than 5. I had my beautiful dress from Kiss and what an amazing choice I made. I was a bit uncomfortable going to try dresses on due to my size but Jo didn't care and made me feel so comfortable all my fittings and alterations where amazing.
It was amazing you are such lovely people and when you said you would come and help us in our dresses and lace us all up it was such a relief we didn't have to worry about anything. All I can say is thank you and I would recommend you to everyone I know going for dresses we will sure pop in and come and see you, I can't thank you enough.
After going to several stores around the West Midlands and generally being at my wits end and hating - yes hating the whole bridal gown experience we finally found bliss! Jo completely put me at ease, she is a delight to be around, passionate about her work, honest with her opinions and super friendly - she gave me 10 tags and just let me hook as many dresses as I wanted to try on. I'm not a girly girl, I don't like white or light colours so I was going to be a challenge from the get go but jo stuck with me, and we got there, my dress was beautiful, the veil matched to perfection and I also purchased my wedding jewellery and 'just married' flip flops from there! They really do cater for all areas. I wouldn't even suggest going anywhere but here.
It felt like me and my mum became a regular in the end! After finding the perfect dress here (and at the best price!) I made several visits to either show friends and family or just to wear the dress I'd chosen again! Jo and Lila are very sweet and friendly, they were never pushy or impatient, and they were always helpful. How lovely to feel welcomed like friends whenever we popped into the shop!
All the staff were amazing throughout the whole process, I was made to feel comfortable and beautiful in what I had on after an horrendous dress trying on experience at another bridal store .
