Kate Richards

Kate Richards has been experimenting with portraiture, landscape and wedding photography for a number of years. She knows the best angle, composition and lens for any given moment, and has an instinctive knowledge of when to jump in and when to stay back.

She believes a perfect wedding photograph shouldn't just remind you of the events of your special day, but help you relive every feeling. With this in mind, she sets out to capture unplanned and unguarded moments, as well as all the stunning, more formal shots.

About

Kate has always had a naturally creative streak. As a little girl she would carry a film camera around in her pocket, capturing everything, and she later went on to pursue a career in graphic design. It was only in her late twenties that she decided to become a Wedding and Portraiture Photographer, and she's not looked back since.

She has a natural eye for the aesthetic, and understands landscapes, location and how to make the best of the light available. With an editorial style, and a commitment to making your day special, she's the ideal choice of Wedding Photographer.

The Photos

She aims to document your wedding in a series of narrative shots, and do it in a friendly, unobtrusive manner. This means slipping through your day, nearly invisible, so that you won't be able to understand how she was there to capture all the moments she did.

The Packages

Wedding package one - £750

This includes a half day of coverage starting from three hours of bridal preparations, and continuing up until the wedding breakfast. All your images will be sent to you on a USB in a beautiful wooden box, engraved with your names with 50 prints.

Wedding package two - £950

This includes a full day of coverage, from bridal preparations through to evening entertainment. You will also receive your images on a USB in an engraved wooden box, with 50 prints.

Wedding package three - £1250

This includes an entire day of coverage, your images on a USB in an engraved wooden box, 50 prints, as well as a 40 page album of choice.

Extras

Kate Richards offers an additional photographer from £200, and an extra Photo Album from £300. The Albums come in a range of colours, and can be portrait, landscape or square.
