After working at a wedding venue in the Forest of Dean, the Joshua's Catering team went on to spend a brief spell running a pub in Lydney. However, during this time they learnt their true passion was in food, so began Joshua's Catering five years ago. Glyn and his team catered at our wedding party. We had the Hog roast and deluxe BBQ. We chose them following rave reviews from friends. We were not disappointed!
What an accommodating and professional team. There was good communication via telephone & email throughout. We had guests that had nut allergies and coeliacs, and Glyn confidently assured us that there was not a problem catering for different dietary needs.

We used Joshua's Catering for our wedding a couple of weeks ago and they were absolutely fantastic! The canapés were the best I have ever tasted and everyone loved the paella as it was something really different to a traditional wedding breakfast and tasted amazing. James and Glyn were fantastic from start to finish, from the first time we met with them right through to the end of the wedding day and could not have been more helpful. They were really flexible in accommodating exactly what we wanted and catering for various dietary requirements. They also did the bar for us in the evening and this worked really well.
