Following their wonderful refurbishment, Horwood House set out to create the most enchanting wedding venue possible. And we think they did an excellent job! Horwood is a wedding venue that will make lasting memories for couples and their guests including the furry kind, it is important to remember they are dog- friendly!

Horwood can promise a picture-perfect backdrop for the photographs - the kind that will leave people thinking you pulled them from a vogue magazine. They have cinema-worthy locations too, starting with the incredible, sweeping approach to the Manor House, it never fails to impress and that's just the start. You and your guests are the 'red carpet' celebrities in your own romantic movie.

Facilities

Nestled in the Buckinghamshire countryside, Horwood House has 38 acres of private grounds with dozens of 'secret' places, just waiting for you to explore. The idyllic outdoor ceremony space amongst the blossom is like no other, and it is where couples make an entrance towards the rose arbour, through a quirky garden gate and past the lily pond. For vow renewals or blessings there is always the quirky old oak tree or the fairy tale, hidden amongst the woodland.

Inside is just as breath taking. Horwood have taken great effort to create the Drawing Room a grand setting for exchanging vows. High ceilings, a stone fireplace, delicate botanical printed walls, huge windows and direct access to the gardens and lily pond, plus the Manor Bar.

Nothing beats a dramatic twisting staircase on a wedding day, which leads from their beautifully refurbished Suites, where you

and your 'team' get ready in the Manor Lounge before making your grand entrance.

    Our whole experience with Horwood was impeccable. As a wedding venue they are amazing, with no detail going amiss and truly making you feel like a VIP. Our bridal suite provided the perfect end to our perfect day and was a fantastic way to start married life the next day!     Thank you for the way Horwood Estate hosted Claire and Matt's wedding last Saturday. It was such a wonderful day. Everything ran smoothly and went just as we expected. Nicola was attentive and helpful throughout the day, so a special thank you to her. The Cook suite dining room was beautifully transformed and laid out and looked lovely. All the guests enjoyed the day and we received compliments about the meal. The DJ kept the dance floor full all evening. It was a memorable day and people are still talking about it.
