The original "Manor of Holne" was mentioned in the Domesday Book. The current building was constructed between 1885 and 1906 and originally intended to be their private family residence. Holne Park was occupied by the Dawson family until the mid-1930s. In later years, no longer a family home, the building was used for a variety of purposes, from RAF Headquarters during WWII to a hotel, then a period as an outward-bound training centre, and now again as a hotel.

These smaller adjoining spaces can be used either individually for more intimate occasions, or can be enjoyed in combination.
