Hilden Lodge Hotel is run by friendly husband-and-wife team Wayne and Melissa, who will go to any lengths to ensure a unique reception to complement each bride and groom's individual wedding theme wonderfully well.

Wayne and Melissa pride themselves on offering an entirely personal service, and will meet with each couple long before the big day arrives to discuss menu options, suppliers, entertainers, and how the venue can be dressed to suit a particular theme.

Although Hilden Lodge doesn't hold a civil ceremony licence, it is conveniently placed near a number of venues in the vicinity of Cheltenham that do, and thus is the perfect location to carry on the wedding celebrations!

As well as a beautiful function room, which can seat 25, Hilden Lodge has 12 deluxe ensuite bedrooms for you and your guests to stay overnight, and exclusive use of the entire venue and all of the rooms is available for the weekend.

The morning after your wedding, you'll be able to wake up to Hilden Lodge's award-winning, beautifully presented, freshly prepared breakfast!

Hilden Lodge is also a brilliant destination for relaxing, personalised Hen weekends. The hotel can be booked exclusively for you and your Hens, and after you've explored Cheltenham's excellent selection of shops you can enjoy an afternoon tea, various entertainments, and a delectable dining experience courtesy of Wayne and Melissa!

• Soup Of The Day using locally-sourced produce, served with crusty roll and butter
• Garlic Mushrooms pan-fried in garlic, olive oil, cream and butter with a touch of brandy, served on garlic sliced bread, with a salad garnish
• Smoked Salmon And Poached Egg served on an English muffin, with a salad garnish
• Prawns And Scallops cooked in butter, herbs and white wine, topped with bacon, served on a bed of salad

Main Courses

• 10oz Sirloin Steak, homemade chips, onion rings, pan-fried mushrooms and onion accompany a steak, marinated and cooked to your liking
• Cumberland Sausage And Herb Mash served with peas and red wine onion gravy boat
• Pan-Fried Chicken With A Homemade White Wine Sauce served with vegetables of the day and choice of potato
• Homemade Gourmet Burgers served with cheese, tomato and fried onions, with homemade chips and side-dish of burger relish and salad
• Stroganoff with mushrooms, onion and peppers in a creamy sauce, served with rice and salad
• Gammon Steak served with homemade chips, two eggs and potted peas
• Sea-Bass In Vierge Sauce, pan-fried, with a choice of mash or homemade chips and vegetables of the day

Desserts

• Tipsy Pudding, date, walnut chocolate pudding with brandy, served with ice-cream, topped with icing sugar and chocolate coulis
• Homemade Cheesecake, non-baked, with mascarpone and cream, topped with raspberries and icing sugar, accompanied with ice-cream, fresh strawberry and raspberry coulis
• Fruity Crêpes, cooked mixed fruits wrapped in a pancake, with ice-cream and the fruits' juices
• Banana Split, sliced banana, three scoops of ice-cream, lashings of whipped cream, topped with a flake, glazed cherries and chocolate sauce
