AddressI want to congratulate you all on the excellent service you gave to my son Matthew and daughter-in-law Michelle. I had the privilege of attending my son's wedding last week at Highfield Park. On arrival, we were made very welcome and all our needs accommodated for. With elderly members with disabilities and a very young baby in our party and the very hot weather to contend with, it would seem there was nothing your staff wouldn't do to help. The venue is fabulous so spacious and light and airy with a stunning location and views to die for, perfect for our family wedding. Everything was clean and beautifully presented. Our wedding breakfast meal was excellent and delicious. It was delivered to the tables with precision and care by a delightful front of house team (gold star to their main man). So, please congratulate all your staff and be sure to include all those behind the scenes too: housekeepers, gardeners and kitchen porters, without whom our perfect wedding would not have been so. Many, many thanks and I wish you all well with your continued success.
We could not have wished for a more perfect day. The staff at Highfield went beyond our expectations and we are so thankful for that. The food, setup and venue were incredible and we continue to get compliments about how perfect the whole day was. We wanted to email and say a huge thank you to you, Lauren and all the team at Highfield Park for looking after us on our wedding day and in the lead up to it. We had a wonderful day and it's because of everyone's hard work at Highfield Park that everything went so smoothly. Even when the weather wasn't brilliant outside and we had to have pictures inside, nothing seemed a problem. All our guests loved the venue, they loved the food as well and all the other staff were so polite and lovely. Our day was perfect, we really can't thank you all enough. I'm so so happy we picked Highfield Park to get married in. Hopefully we'll come back at some point for another event there (afternoon tea, murder mystery, carvery etc) in the future.
We chose Highfield Park as the venue for our wedding because of its location and stunning scenery. We had the most perfect day thanks to the wonderful and helpful staff. The food was just incredible - which all of our guests commented on. We shared our wedding day with a few of our guests' birthday and the staff even wrote Happy Birthday on their dessert plates, much to our guests' delight. The staff ran every little errand I asked of them with a smile and set up the venue beautifully in preparation for our guests arriving. The venue was so festive and the massive Christmas tree in the sweeping staircase just made the day more magical. One of our guests stayed in the accessible bedroom and told us it was the only accessible hotel room they'd ever stayed in that was actually fit for purpose. Oh, and the Bridal Suite is beautiful! We couldn't ask for anything more from the staff at Highfield. They went over and beyond for our special day and we will be forever grateful to them.
My only complaint is that it's all over... We had the most amazing day! Thank you! One of the reasons we chose Highfield Park was because of the relaxed vibes we got from the venue. MOC, Lauren was absolutely fantastic! She was very friendly and professional and I'm sure she was a huge part of the day running so smoothly. Nothing was too much bother for her. The food was also delicious! We received very good comments about it. Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone that was involved before hand and during our wedding. As my Dad said it was worth every single penny and it is a day that Kieran and myself will definitely never forget!
