Hey Pesto is a professional catering company based in Gloucester. Highly experienced award-winning Head Chef Symon can create a bespoke menu made with freshly-prepared locally-sourced produce to suit your requirements and tastes. Whether you prefer a formal three-course meal or a rustic hog-roast, Hey Pesto can cater to your need.

You can choose an informal buffet-style self-service arrangement, or Hey Pesto can provide a friendly and personal staffed service. The company also provide you with an experienced, fully qualified wedding coordinator and offer a complimentary tasting service for up to six people so you can sample proposed wedding menus prior to the big day.

About

Founder Chrissie Creed has plenty of experience having previously run a successful restaurant for many years. She came up with the idea for Hey Pesto and started the business back in 2005. Seven years ago, Symon Gallagher, an award-winning chef, joined forces with Chrissie to make Hey Pesto all that you see today. Both of them are equally passionate about cuisine, providing a tailored and personal service as well as setting high standards for staff so they give an excellent presentation. They have recently won the Three Counties Wedding Awards 2016 for Best Catering.

Catering

Hey Pesto menus are bespoke, thereby catering for any number of guests, and can be adjusted to suit all dietary requirements. They have a 5-star hygiene rating and can create anything from street food, buffets and hog-roasts to canapé receptions, antique-style vintage teas and 3-course banquets. Service

In addition to preparing and serving the food on your big day, Hey Pesto can help with the other elements that relate to catering. For instance, they can help set your venue up the day before, as well as helping you hire tables, chairs, linen, crockery, cutlery, marquees and furniture. They will go out of their way to help reduce the stress of your event.

There are no corkage fees for serving your own wine and other beverages and refreshments. Hey Pesto can even chill your drinks with their handy on-site chillers; alternatively, you can choose from their wine and bubbly packages.
