History

The working farm and venue is currently owned by Adam and Lisa-Jane Fraser, who inherited the estate from Adam's father after he purchased it in 1960. Previous ancestors founded the well known department store, House of Fraser in the early 20th century.

They worked alongside Adam's father converting farm buildings into B&B holiday lets. Lisa-Jane took advantage of the amazing local produce and sold her own goods at farmers' markets in the local area, later on catering for parties, weddings and pubs too.

This is where the idea for Frasers was born - offering elegant accommodation alongside a fantastic place to enjoy delicious food.

Facilities

There are various locations for both the ceremonies and receptions, allowing couples to plan their special day bespoke to their individual requirements. Frasers offers a full in-house floristry and event styling service.

Catering

Couples and their loved ones are in for a real treat at Frasers. Utilising the finest local produce, the in house team of chefs can create an outstanding range of culinary delights, from formal banquets and feasts to luxury BBQ's and afternoon teas. With no set menus, Frasers works with you to design food around your individual requirements.

For your convenience, Frasers provide a fully-stocked cash bar equipped with a range of local real ales, lagers, wines and spirits.

Accommodation

Frasers and Coldharbour farm are luxury conversions of traditional farm buildings, a converted state-of-the-art barn with strong environmental ethos and stunning interiors, an amazing ragstone oast house and former stable block. A superking room starts from £170.00, a luxury bridal suite is available too. All include a hearty farm breakfast.
