About
At the end of the 16th century The Cocks family moved to Eastnor and over 200 years accumulated further land which eventually led to the building of the castle in 1812 which still stands proud today. It was a residence that was built to fit the status of the ever-growing family fortune.
Its revival began when Elizabeth Somers Cocks and Benjamin Hervey-Bathurst, the present owners' parents, moved into the property in 1949. Since then, Eastnor has welcomed filming companies but most importantly weddings.
