These elegant cakes are the bespoke creations of Hayley at Dollybird Bakes. Beautiful details are made with immaculate precision, and no design is too intricate for Hayley to create atop her rich buttercream and soft sponge. Keen to support local Cornish businesses wherever possible, Hayley uses only the finest ingredients in her wedding cakes, cupcakes and sweet favours.

Choose from a variety of mouth-watering flavours, including Dollybird Bakes' signature double chocolate, white chocolate and raspberry, black forest, sweet sticky toffee and more. Every wedding cake is freshly baked using free range eggs and real Cornish butter, ensuring that each bite is moist, fluffy and delicious.

About

After starting her family, Hayley decided to leave her job with British Airways and return to work at her home in Cornwall. She started Dollybird Bakes in 2012 to create luxury bespoke cakes for weddings and celebrations.

Hayley's creations have been featured in several international publications such as OK Magazine, Cake Masters Magazine and Today's Bride. She has been taught by some of the leading figures in the industry, including Mark Tilling, Master Chocolatier and winner of Bake Off: Creme de la Crème.

The Cakes

Dollybird Bakes have a menu of twelve decadent flavours, each using fresh ingredients that are sourced form Cornish suppliers whenever possible. The layers of moist sponge are covered with homemade buttercream and filled with locally made jam or indulgent chocolate ganache.

Hayley is able to create detailed decorations and intricate designs for your wedding cake, each one oozing with elegance and bursting with a rich flavour. Her professional finish means that every cake is no less than perfection.

The Service

You'll be invited to join Hayley in her studio for a cup of tea and a wedding consultation. Focussing on your requirements, tastes and overall wedding theme, Hayley will design a bespoke cake that you and your guests will love.

Hayley is also able to create a range of sweet treats and favours for your wedding day, including cupcakes, miniature cakes, macarons, cookies and cake pops all matching your chosen theme.

As Hayley will only work on a maximum of two weddings per week, it is recommended that you save the date with Dollybird Bakes as soon as possible.
