After starting her family, Hayley decided to leave her job with British Airways and return to work at her home in Cornwall. She started Dollybird Bakes in 2012 to create luxury bespoke cakes for weddings and celebrations.
Hayley's creations have been featured in several international publications such as OK Magazine, Cake Masters Magazine and Today's Bride. She has been taught by some of the leading figures in the industry, including Mark Tilling, Master Chocolatier and winner of Bake Off: Creme de la Crème.
