Combe Manor Barns holds a license from West Berkshire Council to host civil ceremonies in the Barns, accommodating up to 170 guests. Adjacent to the Manor is a charming Grade 1 Listed Norman church, available for weddings after consultation with the local Rector and the Church of England. Couples have the option to have their ceremony at the church and then move to the Barns for the reception, just a short 50 meters away.

Following the wedding ceremony, guests are invited to the dining barn for a delicious meal. In the summer, the barn courtyard is a popular spot for guests to relax, chat, and enjoy a drink in the sunshine.

Adjacent to the Barns, there is a fully equipped production kitchen for preparing meals for up to 170 people. The team can suggest caterers who have successfully worked with them before, or you can bring your own caterer with a small surcharge.

Great news! They do not charge corkage and have fridges for chilling wines. If you want a pay bar, they can recommend companies to organise the license and provide a fully stocked bar and staff. They have trestle tables and chairs to accommodate 170 people at no extra charge.

The two impressive barns at Combe Manor Barns offer a versatile layout with an L-shaped configuration. Positioned at the corner, there is a stage perfect for hosting live bands and discos.

Accommodation

The Bridal Bedroom in the Manor house, complete with an en suite bathroom, is available for the bride to use for changing before and after the ceremony.
