They have Three Stratus 72s - seating up to 180 guests
The Chew Valley Wedding Tipis provide three linked 'Giant Hat' Stratus 72 tipis as the minimum basis of all hires at the site, with the option to take advantage of the tents' modular design and add more if you want to accommodate more guests. Depending on your desired configuration, the space can seat up to 180 guests, including space for a dance floor.
Tipi Events' Cirrus 40 is a 8.5-metre diameter tipi, also called the Kungsornen, can be added to your Stratus 72s to provide space for a bar, dancefloor or chillout space.
Although a wedding of about 180 guests is typical at the site, there is space for well over 500 guests with the addition of more Stratus 72 tipis. 60 guests per Stratus 72 is about right.
If you want a bar on your big day, then Chew Valley Weddings will provide you with a gorgeous unit. Due to licensing restrictions, they will also organise the staff and stock for the bar. There's a minimum spend of £2500 - this spend can be made up with corkage if you want to bring your own wine, welcome and toast drinks and bar sales of course.

This is a site where guests are encouraged to stay. They have four on-site glamping units available on site which can be booked via Nature's Spectacular. They also work closely with another local, award winning company called Tinkerbell Tents who provide luxury furnished bell tents that are all ready and waiting for your guests to arrive. They even do a bridal bell tent complete with a proper bed for the happy couple to enjoy on the wedding night. They organise your bookings and are a pleasure to work with.
Chew Valley Weddings also want people to offer their guests every opportunity to bring their own camping gear. There is a 6ft fire pit, BBQ area and plenty of space for you to be as creative as you want. This is a highly economic and fun way to house all your guests, however with Bristol and Bath down the road, if booked in good time there is accommodation a plenty in the city and local areas.
