After 16 years working in corporate events Caroline finally made the decision to move into weddings and founded Caroline Sian Weddings and Events. This has allowed her to fulfil her dream of creating meaningful events that her clients will treasure.
Caroline offers a varied range of services, based on what you, the client wants, and can be as involved or hands-off in the process as you need.
If the challenge of nailing down the fine details and complicated requirements of a wedding is too stressful, this service is ideal. After an initial consultation Caroline will draw up a proposal and schedule - letting you choose how involved you want her to be in planning the day. Her duties may include; venue finding, design, managing your wedding schedule, finding and liaising with suppliers and, of course, attending on the day.
This is for those of you that enjoy the bustle of planning, but don't fancy doing it right up to the last minute. The service consists of a telephone consultation followed by a meeting 2-4 months prior to the big day. This lets you enjoy the build-up, without having to remember if you gave the wedding playlist to the DJ.
After an initial consultation and a hand-over meeting, Caroline will manage the day's itinerary, setting up the venue and make sure that your suppliers are briefed before-hand, letting you relax and have a good time on the day.
For those of you that want to plan your own wedding but suspect you may need a little experienced help, this service offers a hands off approach. After an initial consultation Caroline will be on hand to offer advice on the most suitable venues or florists to suit your theme.
