Kathryn started out her career as an Occupational Therapist in Reading, but once her children joined the family along with the gift of a proper camera, she has never looked back. Her lifelong passion and interest in photography grew into a career which led her to setting up Capture this Moment, her photography business.

Throughout the journey, Kathryn has gained knowledge and understanding into the importance of high-quality images and how they empower couples and creatives alike. Using her skills and attention to detail, along with her ability to put people at ease, she has gained a fantastic reputation a skilled photographer.

Packages

Capturing the precious moments of your wedding is worth more than its weight in gold. These images will stay with you for a lifetime and remind you of your very special promise to each other.

There are two packages available. Both of these packages include:

• All edited digital images
• Online gallery for you to share with you family and friends

Short and Sweet - from £750

• All pre wedding consultations
• A visit to your venue and attendance at your rehearsal if possible
• Up to 4 hours coverage on your wedding day
• A gift box with a USB drive of the final images along with a few carefully selected extras

The Full Day - from £1450

• All pre wedding consultations
• A visit to your venue and attendance at your rehearsal if possible
• Pre-wedding photo shoot for the couple
• Coverage from bridal prep through to evening reception to capture all those precious moments of your special day
• A gift box with a USB drive of the final images along with a few carefully selected extras

Extras

Below we have listed a few questions that Kathryn frequently gets asked:

Will you meet prior to the wedding?

Kathryn likes to meet prior to the big day for either coffee, cake, gin, tea or all of the above! She likes to ensure you're a great fit, because after all she will be with you and your family on your big day. Once you have booked you will keep in touch and be able to ask any questions you may have. About two to three weeks prior to the wedding day, you will meet to go through the timings and final details.

How long until you see your wedding pictures?

Within three working days, or within 48 hours of your wedding you will see a highlights gallery. For the complete gallery this takes between two and four weeks.

How many images will you receive?

The final number of images you receive is very dependent on what is happening on your wedding day, the size of the wedding and any requests you may have. Generally, you will receive 500 - 700 images for a full day wedding.

You're keen to go ahead and book, what are the next steps?

To confirm your date Kathryn requires a 25% non-refundable booking fee of the full package price. The full balance will then be paid 14 days prior to the wedding day. There will also be a contract to sign to ensure the date is reserved for you.
