Karen Taylor has been crafting gorgeous wedding cakes for over 20 years, after having completed her studies at Birmingham College of Food. Here she gained NCFE levels in cake decorating and the invaluable knowledge needed to begin her own business.
She understands that no two couples will share the same tastes, which is why she offers in-depth consultations to help design the cake of your dreams.
Karen is completely committed to her craft, as a regular contributor to 'Cakes and Sugarcraft' and 'Wedding Cakes a Design Course' magazines and also writing her first book that was published in 2014 called 'Quick Cakes for Busy Mums'.
