Tucked away in the welsh valleys near Ystrad Mynach, this family owned luxury hotel is nestled in 100 acres of countryside. There are three suites available to host your perfect day, all holding incredible views of the greenery and meadowland beyond.
The hotel only hosts one wedding per day giving you immaculate service and dedication from the team. There are several all-inclusive packages available and a wedding manager on hand to help you with your planning.
Bryn Meadows is a stunning, luxury four-star hotel. Family run, it exudes a friendly atmosphere alongside top quality service. The 18 hole golf course on its grounds has been around since 1973 and has been awarded 'Golf Hotel of the Year' in 2017.
This wedding suite is the largest of the three suites available, holding up to 280 guests. Purposely built, The Fairway Suite is beautifully positioned making the most of the stunning views onto the 10th and 11th fairways. The building is detached from the main resort with its own reception room, bar and sun terrace. A perfect exclusive wedding suite from ceremony through to evening reception.

The second largest wedding suite, The Barn is perfect to host your wedding breakfast and reception. With a civil ceremony licence as well, you can opt to have your ceremony here. A classic and modern design, this room has patio doors that look out onto the golf course, pond and fountain.

For much smaller and more intimate affairs, this room is perfect for couples looking to tie the knot with only their closest family friends around them. The room is contemporary in design with plenty of natural light flooding in from the room's surrounding windows. This room has stunning views of the countryside beyond and you can even glimpse toward to Brecon Beacons.

The inhouse catering team produce top quality dishes for you and your guests to enjoy. As well as a traditional three course meal they can prepare a buffet, hog roasts or barbecue should you prefer.
They also allow the use of our Fairways kitchen to external Indian and Asian catering companies.
The hotel has top quality accommodation available for you and your guests to relax and unwind after a full day of celebrating. The rooms are designed to make you feel at home, all with king sized beds, modern amenities, Italian furniture, soft furnishings and marble baths! There are luxury suites available and the bride and groom are offered a complimentary bridal suite to enjoy on the night of their wedding.

What an absolutely amazing venue, such a beautiful place for a Wedding. I truly hope we are invited to another function here. Every aspect of this place is simply beautiful, the food was amazing, the staff are so helpful and friendly & the service even better, but nothing beats the ambiance of the place.
Me and my beautiful wife got married here in July 2022 and I can't recommend it enough. Great location, beautiful inside area, outside area with plenty of parking, beautiful view for miles for the best pictures - It was our dream venue and we fell in love with everything about it!
Our wedding organisers Kristyna & Casey are amazing and was so helpful the entire way through. They also work with a lot of great vendors that they recommend to you- from the time we arrived till the time we left no one could help us more !€¯

My step auntie got married here in August and it was my first ever visit to the hotel and I was absolutely shocked to what a stunning place it is. The staff are very professional and welcoming and the hotel had stunning views all around the grounds where you were inside or our it's a perfect place for a wedding or even somewhere to visit for the views or game of golf.
