About
The oldest parts of Bruisyard Hall date back to over 700 years ago with features from a 14th century nunnery. The rest of the house is mid-16th century with further later additions. With warm brick, flint, stone and some interesting plaster work and mullioned windows, it's truly a house to marvel over.
If you look carefully, you'll see the family crest and motto above the front door and above the crest is a large painted sundial that has become the brand identity for Bruisyard Country Estate.

No matter what you have in mind, Bruisyard have a ceremony space to suit your wedding dreams. Ceremonies can take place in their wonderful entrance hall or their stately drawing room.
For a cosy winter reception why not take a seat in their homely Drawing Room in front of a roaring fire and catch up with loved ones. Just around the corner is their dining room where you'll all sit around a banqueting table for deliciously bespoke dishes. For those warmer months you could have a reception in their walled garden, the sun glistening off your champagne glass.

Bruisyard's Barn
If you had a barn wedding in mind, Bruisyard also have their very own 17th century barn structure that has been restored to provide a beautiful space for weddings. Two stories high, with polished wood floors, vaulted beam ceilings and most importantly floor to ceiling windows that overlook the stunning landscape. This airy and light barn is destined for creating perfect wedding days.
The barn includes the Banqueting Hall, the Medieval Hall and the Minstrels Gallery. Plus, there are two en-suite bedrooms included. With everything in one space, this is truly a dream barn wedding.
