  Harry and I cannot express our gratitude enough to describe how wonderful our day was. The whole team, Andy, David, Harriet and the waiters/waitresses made everything just perfect. The Tolmarche looked absolutely incredible; we were absolutely amazed and felt very special. The food was amazing (thanks for the recommendation) and is still being talked about! The service during the wedding breakfast was spot on; the meals were served with military precision, again, complimented by all of the guests.
  I do have to give a very special, heartfelt, thanks to Harriet. Right from the note that she left me when I arrived at the Hall on the 14th, to being by my side whenever I needed her (and that was a lot!), Harriet was everywhere that she needed to be without being intrusive. We truly feel that we owe our day (and, being the bride, my sanity!) to Harriet. Again, when we talk about our day with friends and I mention Harriet's name they have all said 'was she the dark-haired lady? She was amazing!' A huge compliment for Harriet which is very much deserved. Thank you, thank you, thank you Harriet.

  In regards to feedback I really don't know where to begin. Every single thing was perfect, completely exceeding my expectations.
  From arriving on the Friday to leaving on the Sunday we were made to feel so special, nothing was too much trouble for anybody. Every member of staff we met was friendly and helpful, especially Harriet, a lot of the guests also commented on how lovely and helpful she was.
  The food and table service at the breakfast was fantastic; we had a few really fussy eaters that cleared there plates and I can honestly say it was the best wedding food I've had and I've been to a few, so huge compliments to the chef!
  I can't begin to thank you enough for making it the best day of our lives! We had amazing feedback from all our guests with a lot saying it was the best wedding they'd been to. Throughout the day I didn't hear one complaint, only praise.
  There are so many things I could compliment, but I'd be here all day! The only thing I'm not happy about is that we can't come here next weekend and do it all again! So 'thank you so much' to you and all the staff, a special thank you to Harriet too.

  I can't thank you enough for working so hard to make our day special. It really was the perfect day I always dreamed of. You are an asset to the hotel and they are so lucky to have such a great member of staff. Have a drink and relax on us, you deserve it.

  My daughter, Nicola Duley, got married on Friday 12th August and I want to say a massive thank you to Harriet for all her hard work and dedication towards making the day so special. We had one or two hiccups on the day before but she came in on her day off to fix the issues and on the actual day things couldn't have run smoother. So a big, big thank you to Harriet for helping my daughter's day be so special.
