There are two delightful function rooms for you to choose from, of different capacities.

Amcrest Suite

With the Amcrest Suite you'll get an exclusive entrance for you and your guests, access to the terrace and wedding garden, and staff to help your day run smoothly. The suite also boasts its own dance-floor, bar and optional partition should you wish to host a small wedding breakfast and then a larger evening reception party.

Capacity - 120 for a formal meal, 170 for an informal party

Oak Room

Small and intimate, this function room comfortably accommodates up to 24 guests for a family-style wedding breakfast. The generous windows allow the room to be flooded with natural daylight, and there are spectacular views across the lawns.

Packages

Although Bishopswood Golf Course can build you a bespoke wedding reception, they also offer an all-inclusive package for just £2999 with dedicated and professional staff who will ensure your day runs smoothly. The package allows for 40 daytime guests at the wedding breakfast and 80 at the evening party. Additional guests can be included.

The standard Bishopswood all-inclusive wedding package comprises as follows:-

• Red carpet arrival
• Access and exclusive use of the wedding garden
• Water feature and golf course backdrop for photos
• All day and evening use of the Amcrest Suite
• White linen-dressed tables
• Glass of buck's fizz or fruit juice on arrival for guests
• Half bottle of house wine per guest during wedding breakfast

• Glass of sparkling wine or fruit juice per guest for the toast
• Complimentary menu-tasting for two people

• Resident DJ from 7pm to midnight

• Rounds of golf at a preferential rate are also available for wedding parties!

Catering

The talented in-house catering team can whip you up a bespoke menu of high-quality and delicious cuisine, or alternatively you can opt for a hot buffet, carvery, hog-roast or BBQ with a cold finger buffet for the reception! Click the links above for sample menus.

Drinks

A range of separate alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks packages are also available. Wherever possible these are priced per guest so you can manage your budget easily.

Accommodation

Bishopswood have also been granted planning permission to build an extension, so if you're booking for a reception in summer 2016 and construction goes to plan, there'll be 12 brand new bedrooms for you and your guests to stay in, including a bridal suite!
