About
Beau Desert Club was founded in 1911 and was created by championship designer William Herbert Fowler. It was a course of 18 holes by 1912 and was completed by the beginning of the First World War.
The Staffordshire venue is a Herbert Fowler Classic, standing proudly alongside his other English masterpieces, Saunton, Walton Heath and The Berkshire.
This versatile venue is situated on the edge of the former mining town, Hazelslade and the scenic Bentley Brook. Brides, grooms and their guests can enjoy the peacefulness and serenity of this countryside venue.
Facilities
This venue offers a two storey clubhouse with a main function room, boardroom and a kitchen. The main room is located on the ground floor and serves as a large blank canvas function room for wedding reception celebrations.
The Clubhouse
Host your nuptials in the clubhouses ground floor function room, dress it up just the way you imaged. It offers a private bar and a comfortable lounge area with traditional chesterfield-style leather furniture.
This spacious room also features a cosy open fireplace and provides excellent views of the eighteenth green. It conveniently has its own private entrance and being on the ground floor, it accommodates disabled access.
