Barlow Woodseats Hall is committed to crafting a memorable country wedding experience that is uniquely tailored to you, whether you prefer an intimate or extravagant celebration, traditional or one-of-a-kind.

If you're seeking a more intimate setting, they host smaller weddings for under 50 guests on Fridays, while larger weddings of up to 100 guests are held on Saturdays. Additionally, you have the option to exclusively rent the Hall and Courtyard Cottages for the entire weekend if desired.

Maximum numbers are 100 people, including the couple. Where there are fewer than 100 attending for the meal and you would like additional guests to join later they are able to accommodate this provided they are notified in advance, subject to the total number not exceeding 100.

Catering

The skilled on-site chefs allow you to customise your menu and beverage selections, catering to both formal and casual dining preferences using the finest locally sourced ingredients. Choose from a diverse range of canapes, wedding breakfast, and evening snacks tailored to your taste. The Fire Cage Menu and woodfired Pizza options are highly sought after for a unique dining experience!

Accommodation

There are two cottages on site which are in close proximity to the function room, these must be booked by any wedding party for the night of the party, similarly, any private party holding live or dance music must take the accommodation as well. There are 8 double en-suite rooms in the two cottages in total plus a separate bridal suite with its own facilities.

There is also a field where luxury glamping tents can be pitched for additional friends to stay.
