This serene venue offers all that an idyllic late-Georgian manor house should - and more! After tying the knot in the lovely outdoor gazebo, then celebrating in the hotel's resplendent reception rooms, you are welcome to wander through the vineyard and get lost in the Best Western Leigh Park Hotel's Secret Gardens!

The Leigh Park Hotel can be made available to you and your guests exclusively if you wish. Besides inspiring surroundings, this venue also features an in-house catering team which utilises as much of the hotel's pretty grounds as is possible by growing some of their own produce! The house is also able to seat up to 120 for both a civil wedding ceremony and a reception party.

About

This fascinating country house was built in the early to middle 19th century, and its architectural and historical worth has gained it a Grade II listing. Serving initially as a hospital, it subsequently changed hands and was remodelled to function as a hotel in more recent years.

As of 2012, Leigh Park Hotel's programme of renovations were completed, including a newly-appointed arrival lounge and a bespoke contemporary bar. It also features its own vineyard, consisting of 600 Reichensteiner vines contained within their own dedicated acre of walled garden, which produces between 800 and 1000 bottles of a lovely medium-dry white wine per year - available to enjoy at the hotel, of course!

Today Leigh Park Hotel is owned and operated by the renowned and very successful Latona Leisure Group.

Facilities

The Vendange Room

As Leigh Park Hotel's largest space, this newly-refurbished room seats up to 120 for a civil wedding ceremony, and a similar number for a formal reception meal. This room leads out onto the new Garden Terrace, a great spot to view the lovely grounds.

The Vine Restaurant

Normally at the disposal of the hotel's guests, this room can be transformed into the wedding space of your dreams. Whether it's a reception or civil ceremony with up to 80 guests - this flexible room is perfect.

The Dudley Room

This smaller space is ideal for intimate ceremonies with up to 40 guests, and has also often been used as a side-room to keep the younger ones entertained.

The Gazebo

Get married outdoors! This lovely little pavilion is constructed from yellow Cotswold stone, and the garden space around it makes it ideal for larger-scale ceremonies.

Catering

If you decide to hold your reception at the Best Western Leigh Park Hotel, then your fine cuisine will be created and served by the very talented in-house catering team. Clearly passionate about what they do, the team grow some of their own produce, completely organically, in the Kitchen Garden. More than willing to talk through any ideas you might have, Leigh Park Hotel encourages you to get in touch with them and discuss your catering needs.

Accommodation

The Best Western Leigh Park Hotel offers 38 individually-designed bedrooms. All rooms include free internet, a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities and much more.

If more than 50 adult wedding guests decide to stay over on the night of the wedding, the bride and groom will also be entitled to complimentary hospitality in the hotel's luxurious Honeymoon Suite.

Even better, a special overnight accommodation rate is offered to wedding guests.

    Amazing Wedding Reception!
    The staff were amazing throughout the process of booking the venue right up to and throughout the wedding day. Everything went very smoothly and any questions/requests were answered and dealt with well.

    Our room was perfect and the views were amazing. The food was also great, with lots of great comments from our guests
    We both had an absolutely fantastic day. I would certainly recommend this hotel if you were looking to book a wedding reception venue.

    We had our wedding reception at Leigh Park on Saturday 7th May. The preparation was made extremely easy with help from Rebecca and other staff, all fine details were taken care of. The day itself was perfect, the suite looked stunning, the backdrop of the hotel is rolling countryside and was perfect for photos etc. The gardens are so beautifully kept. The wedding breakfast was fantastic and the waiting staff were highly attentive. Our master of ceremonies did a brilliant job in getting everything organised on the day and all ran smoothly. Our room was perfect and very comfortable, we had many guests stay the night and it was very positive all round. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to book as a wedding venue, it was an absolutely amazing day with thanks to the staff at Leigh Park.
